Delivery Info

Our warehouse is in Brisbane. We aim to dispatch your order within 24-48 hours of receipt of an order for processing.  For non-account customers, we will aim to dispatch your order within 24-48 hours of payment being received.

As a rough guide, delivery to major cities will take:

Brisbane - 1 business day

Sydney - 1-2 business days

Melbourne - 2-3 business days

Adelaide - 3-4 business days

Perth - Up to 7 business days

We work with Mainfreight and Courier companies and must adhere to their processes, so please allow plenty of time when ordering.  We cannot be held responsible for unforeseen holdups and cannot always facilitate urgent requests.

Generally, we hold plentiful stock across our range, however when large back to back orders for a particular model arise unexpectedly, we can sell out of it. If you have had a quote from us it is a good idea to let us know (a quick email will do) as soon as possible stating what and approximately when you will likely be needing it. This will help to ensure we have your product in stock when you need it. We can reserve your order for you for a 15% deposit.

Warehouse pick up is possible by special request but you will need to arrange in advance, please contact us on 1300 530 883 and we will get back to you to discuss your requirements.
