Expected Order and Delivery Targets

Our main warehouse is located in Brisbane. We are largely a wholesale supplier and for all account customers, orders are usually dispatched same day or next day, depending on when the order is received.

If you are not an account customer and want to order from us direct, we will send you a pro-forma invoice for payment prior to dispatch. Please note that we are unable to accept payment by debit or credit card, payment by direct credit only. Your order will be dispatched once payment has been received.

We usually have good stock levels across our range. However, we can sometimes sell out if we receive large back to back orders unexpectedly. If you have received a quote from us, we recommend that you give us advance warning on when you may place your order. This allows us manage our stock levels to ensure we have the stock available when required. You can reserve your items with a 20% deposit.

All orders dispatched from Brisbane are sent with StarTrack and the expected delivery times to Metro areas are as follows:

• Brisbane - same or next day

• Sydney - 1/2 business days

• Melbourne - 2/3 business days

• Canberra - 2/3 business days

• Adelaide - 3/4 business days

• Perth - 7/8 business days

• Darwin - 8/10 business days

Enviro-Tech and our partners, work hard to minimise order and delivery delays caused by COVID-19 or extreme weather events. Most orders are currently arriving within delivery targets. But delays to dispatch or delivery services may be experienced from time to time. Please allow extra time when project scheduling.
