Ceiling Mounted Valve
Directly connected to the main water supply, the radar sensor unit is a discreet ceiling mounted option. It is designed to manage the flushing of either one single urinal, two urinals side by side, or a longer urinal trough. Thanks to smart technology and specialised directional sensors that you'll only find with Enviro-Tech, it is guaranteed to improve water efficiency from existing systems.
This highly efficient urinal flush valve kit has an optional pre-flush feature and when fitted with a single urinal, it requires merely 0.8 litres of water for every flush. It is well-suited for installation alongside stainless-steel urinals or troughs. There is no need for a cistern; just install the solenoid in the ceiling space and connect it to the sensor and water supply.
When your bathroom sees more activity, the sensor will recognise the higher usage and adjust the flushing schedule to maintain water efficiency. However, regardless of how busy it gets, the sensor is set to trigger the flush system every 2 minutes, ensuring cleanliness without compromising on saving water.
This excellent system is the perfect option when you want a ceiling mounted solution. Ideal for bathrooms where it is common for the users to be wearing reflective clothing. This is the perfect choice for offices, stadiums, shopping centres, schools and public bathrooms.
Operation
When a user is detected, pre-flush is triggered (if activated), system enters ‘mode 1’ meaning full flush will occur 30 seconds after user leaves.
If a new user arrives while system is in ‘mode 1’ and prior to flush, system will re-enter ‘mode 1’ and will not flush until 30 seconds after new user leaves. Operation repeats for maximum of 2 minutes before flushing occurs regardless.
When the last user has left and system has flushed, system will enter ‘mode 2’ before returning to stand by. If a user is detected while in ‘mode 2’, the system will enter ‘mode 1’ without completing a pre-flush and will flush 30 seconds after user leaves.
